• Category I and II boilers, according to power and pressure.
• Fire tube boiler with 3 smoke passages: 1 per hearth where complete combustion is carried out and 2 through the smoke tubes, to optimize heat exchange and emissions.
• It can burn any type of liquid or gaseous fuels.
• The flue tubes are made of high-quality steel, welded to the tube plates by qualified automatic procedures and finished by reaming to remove the plate protrusions. Category I and II boilers, according to power and pressure.
• The dry steam obtained by the good relation between the volume of the water level and the steam chamber gives this boiler a high vapor quality.
• The appliance is sized to guarantee low thermal loads and low pollution emissions (when equipped with a Low NOx burner).
• At the top of the boiler there is a large manhole, which allows the operator access to the wet area of the boiler.

• It is equipped with a pipe inspection and cleaning door, a horizontal axis flue connection with a diameter suitable for the generator power.
• Prepared for connection to removable internal economizer.
• Efficient thermal insulation of high thickness of mineral rock wool, agglomerate with high density of thermosetting resins, supported and protected externally with an aluminum support. Separation between the hot parts of the boiler body and the casing to eliminate heat bridges.
• The exterior finish of the boiler is 10/10 mm painted sheet metal. of thickness.
• Service walkway: located in the upper part of the generator, it consists of a steel profile frame, covered with a grooved plate on the floor of the walkway and (on request) completed by a parapet with handrails and access ladder in accordance with the standard EN ISO 14122 standard. (according to models).
• Electrical connections with quick-fit connectors.
• Expandable electromechanical and electronic control panels (optional).
• The intuitive electric control panel indicates at all times the status of the boiler.
• The boilers can leave our workshops with 2-, 24- or 72-hour surveillance control, depending on the needs of each client, and under TRD 604 safety standards.
• The boilers leave our workshops mounted on a metal base that forms a set with the other accessories, making a quick installation easy.
• Certified manufacture under PED 97/23CE.
• Throughout the manufacturing process, the boiler is evaluated by an Authorized Control Body (OCA) to receive the CE Marking verification.
